Accessing the Assessment

There are many ways to access the CliftonStrengths assessment at Western!

CliftonStrengths is integrated into programming in the following campus areas:

  • Housing
  • Western Peer Leaders
  • SASAH
  • Ivey Business School
  • Western Launch
  • Career coaching conversations
  • Leadership development programming for students
  • Training for 450 student leaders each year
  • Residence Life Staff and leadership training
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Curricular opportunities such as in Community Engaged Learning courses, the Master of Public Health program, as well as in courses completing Industry Projects or strengths-based assignments
  • Co-curricular opportunities such as Impact Experience
  • Internship preparation in the Faculties of Science and Social Science

If you haven't had the chance to take the CliftonStrengths assessment yet through the above initiatives, consider attending the 2024-25 Strengths Workshop series, which will run throughout the academic year. The following workshops are currently open for registration (requires login to Western Connect):
