How can I engage with strengths?

  1. Take the assessment. Request funds from your leadership team to access the assessment. Once approved, you’ll have access to your Top 5 and personalized report.

  2. Looking to really use your strengths on the job? Our monthly Strengths Community of Practice is the perfect spot for staff eager to integrate their talents. Email us to join.

  3. Want to really understand your CliftonStrengths results? Our online module, 'Unlocking the Potential of Your CliftonStrengths,' walks you through how to use your strengths in your everyday life.

  4. Don't miss out! Subscribe to the monthly Strengths Newsletter for a dose of inspiration, resources to understand your talents, and tips to apply them every day. We'll also share details about exciting strengths events and opportunities coming to our campus – stay connected!

  5. Our Strengths Foundations Course offers an intensive two-day training, twice yearly, for all staff and faculty. Dive deep into the 34 themes and domains, discovering practical ways to help others explore their talents.

  6. Want to see how leaders use their strengths? 'Leading with Strengths' is a series of live coaching sessions with successful alumni. It's a chance to learn from their experiences!
